Ophcrack, i heard this is a good software to use, its automatic, user friendly, and fast. Do some research first and download it, it takes a while because the servers are slow. Here is the
link for direct download, it is an iso file and requires an iso burner. After you burn it, boot off CD like you work on an XP cd.
