There was one.. Vstmon. As I reopened more programs, they re-added themselves..
I have solved the problem anyways. It turns out ZoneAlarm was running, but I could not see it in the taskbar or taskmanager.. But when I opened it, it appeared.. And I could see that it was blocking my internet... So I allowed it and now it works... lol.
I do still have that Vundo trojan though. Even though both of those removal programs were run. I will post a HiJackThis log..
