Altechie is on a distinguished road

Default Free BSD dhcp configuration

I installed Ubuntu Server 7.04 and I did not configure DHCP or anything as the router corner was a mess and I didn't feel like messing with now. Now that I try to modify the dhcp I cannot find anything. Its as if it doesn't even exist.

...I found the problem. dhcp is reffered to as dhcp3...

Is there a way to bipass the permisions while using nano to edit files as I get permission denied?
