Default PhysX Accelerator or not??

I own an acer aspire E360 shortend spec;

AMD Athlon 64 ( 3700+)
1024mb ram
320 hdd
ATI Radeon X700 SE 512MB
And came with some fancy software.

I paid around £850 for it, about 6 months ago.
All seems well, but its a pile of sh!te.
I play online games on it alot and it packs up every 2-4 months. I either have to put the recovery disk in (Which cost £40) or send it back to be repaired, which is what it's doin now.

I was wounding whether to get a PhysX Accelerator?

Don't know much about them. But it a piece of hardware thats in my price range and sounds interesting

Would buying one of these help me at all, or just get a new graphics card?
