That's all very nice. BUT, if you wanted to cut the useless jargon out of there....
1. Make it 7 letters AT LEAST!!
2. Include lowercase and uppercase (and prefferably numbers too)
3. Dont write "my password is "whatever"" on your forehead
4. THATS ALL!!!
