For those who remember Konfabulator (and those who don't), Yahoo! released the newest version of their widget engine yesterday. Formerly known as Konfabulator and costing $20, the Yahoo! Widget Engine is available for free.

I use the weather widget, Yahoo! Mail Checker, and FOLDING@Home Monitor all the time, and add others on a whim. Definitely worth checking out!
