Default Turning off the Firewall with XP

I am trying to turn off my Firewall on my home PC. I’m running Windows XP sp 2. When I go into Security Center I see my Firewall, Automatic Updates, and Virus Protection are all ‘on’. However, if I click on the Firewall link at the bottom, a window pops up with the ‘off’ radio button already selected. This seems a little strange to me. I tried S/S the Firewall/ICS service through Services and that didn’t work.

The reason I want to turn off my Firewall is because I am unable to connect to the Shared drive at work from home and would like to test if my Firewall is causing the problem or not.

How do I turn off my Firewall?

Thanks
