the question is, how many of the same model did he test?
you can't discredit an entire range of a product because one person says they aren't quite as good, even if they do know what they're talking about.
I realise my experience is just one of many, but you can quite easily google some reviews for Cooler Master PSU's. The one's I've see rate them pretty high.
