  On a $40 video card i would just go and buy a better one that has it by default... I would also definitely not recomend soldering a new connection onto the video card.

  oh blah. I just went into a totlally unecessary responce, and deleted it all. this is simple. when your system boots you'll have a option of going into bios. usually by hitting f2 or delete, tab or so

  The amount of RAM you have has no effect on streaming videos. It is all dependent on your ISP and download speed and if you keep a constant connection.
