All OEM means is that you get only the drive. In most cases, wraped in bubble wrap with no cables, screws or documentation. The waranty may also be less on OEM parts. But theres nothing wrong or bad about them. (ie... i can go into any store and buy them) Posted by: Ste You should have extra screws that came with your case or motherboard. Im sure you could walk into a computer store and ask for Case screws. The S-ATA cables provided with the Motherboard should be fine. Posted by: DJ-CHRIS These drives are fine to buy, infact I only buy oem "bare" drives. They usually also come with the same warranty. Posted by: mike4realz i really don't know bout sizes but i just took one screw off my hard drive. took it to OSH and asked...BAM!! got some sets of scews.
