Hi
I have a creative X-FI sound card and i was wondering what surround sound speakers to get. I'm not really decieded on how many. How many do you think is best? I'm looking for speakers that offer the best price to performence so what to get?

Get above for 5.1

and if you get 2.1 get the Z-2200 or 2300 (2200 is better)

yeah I got the 2300 on my gammer and the 5500 on my media rig. both rock.

Don't you think that getting 7.1 or even 9.1 is even worth considering? I would think it would be better than 5.1 but i maybe wrong.

9.1? 8.1 would make sense, but 9.1? I'd just stick with 5.1 because it has more support and it still sounds great. IMO 6 or 7.1 is worthless.

i have the Logitech X-530's seen in my sig and they're awsome! you can look them on on newegg yourself.

I like your set switch. Nice and cheap but are the other ones that are posted at the start of the thread really worth all that money or shall i get speakers like switch's. I mean Ł200 is a lot of money just for speakers i just wanna know if i'll hear the difference?

i keep it pretty simple, with the Logitech X-230 Speakers. It comes with 2 speakers and a subwoofer. Of cource i dont need or like blasting the speakers to high.
