11/15/05 & today 11/16/05

Province of Manitoba, Canada gets hit so hard by snow that Highway's close, Most Schools close, Most Businesses close. But might just be a second freak weather condition. Snow removal has been limited. Hopfully there won't be a thired day of closures.
