Nvidia or ATI Posted by: Juice Daddy not again... Posted by: beedubaya ****, I dont have moderating powers in this section or I would delete this thread. Do a search. Posted by: maroon1 i voted for nVidia Posted by: beedubaya
Originally posted by maroon1 i voted for nVidia
Good for you! :D Posted by: PZEROFGH nvidia for now, but i might change that opinon Posted by: Apokalipse I'm not voting. sometimes Nvidia makes better cards, sometimes ATI makes better cards. it can change when they each bring out new cards. Posted by: pcranequin I said nVidia because they overclocked my Geforce 6600. Posted by: Apokalipse Nvidia overclocked your 6600? anyway, even if they did, is that the only reason? Posted by: ShadoWing i used to have a 9800 and i was in love with it so i rooted for ati, however, nvidia's got their own new set of crazy vid card weapons, but still ati is sexier Posted by: chip209 Nvidia Posted by: ulater6000 Im an nvidia person, however I cant deney the power of the new x1900 series Posted by: cobalt817 It sort of swings one way then the other. right now its nVIDIA , next it will be ATI. same with Intel and AMD. if any side doesnt come up with somthing better than their opponent, they will go out of buisiness. But this compitition is a good thing,it gives us better technology, and helps to keep prices down. If there was only one company, they could use us like Microsoft does.
Microsoft is not the only OS producer out there. there is Mac, and Linux. they both are good to ^^. Posted by: FghtinIrshNvrDi I voted nVidia. The drivers and utilities have never given me trouble. All of the ATI cards have had some sort of glitch, sometimes small, sometimes huge. Ryan Posted by: ATIRAGEPRO I would naturally root for this thread to be closed, but hopefully this thread could be one that actually stays open this time. I've noticed that ATi cards are allways better for Mac than they are for PC. Everytime they make the same model card for Mac, they have better features. Can you believe it?  Posted by: JoshJ Nvidia Posted by: Lord AnthraX I chose Nvidia but I cant wait to see what ATI's R600 does, and the x1900's are very nice cards:) Posted by: Martin Tseng Labs ET4000 Posted by: j369852147412 seems like nvidia has more votes. this is just like "AMD or intel" it gets old Posted by: jon2231 Nvidia. Posted by: Solitary ATI. always done a cracking job for me. Posted by: weemanpow3 ATI= Best picture quality nvidia=stability I perfer ATI Posted by: keyser09 nvidea Posted by: keyser09 definetly nvidea ati really are terrible...nvidea has alot better pic quality ati are really weak.. Posted by: homerj14 NV!D!@ 0WNZ Posted by: LA1 I voted for NVIDIA , as a repair person I have seen some really flakey ATI cards that should work right. It is either the hardware or what I think the drivers, Posted by: ATIRAGEPRO
Originally posted by LA1 I voted for NVIDIA , as a repair person I have seen some really flakey ATI cards that should work right. ATI=Cheaper, Hard to set up, have the all in wonder series that rule! Posted by: Mr. Switch S3 all the way baby! vBulletin Copyright ©2000 - 2003, Jelsoft Enterprises Limited.
