Good cpu fan and case fans?

Im building a system and i really want to keep my cpu cool, because im really into overclocking. Do you guys reccomend any good companys or fans at all? It must be 3 pin an be compatible with a 754 amd 64 socket.

Also the same for a good 120mm case fan.

Have a look at the [url=http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835118115]Zalman 7700CU[/url]. It has gotten great reviews, and cools better than most other air coolers available. It also uses a 120mm fan, so it will be nice and quiet.

And yes, it will fit on a skt 754 CPU.

Make sure to pick up some Arctic Silver 5 to put on your CPU to allow efficient transfer of heat from the CPU to the heatsink.

Try [url=http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835129030]this[/url] for a case fan. It is pretty quiet for moving that much air. 29dBA still isnt that quiet though, but for the amount of air that it moves...
