Wireless network loses connectivity

Have a wireless router, and every few days my connection says "Limited or no connectivity" and I can't get on the net. When it does this, I unplug the cable modem and router and the plug em back in. That always solves the problem. Is there a setting somewhere I can fiddle with so that this doesn't happen anymore?

Try resetting your IP

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

You might be dropping your IP

Are you close to the wireles router?
Do you have it around a lot of metal, TV, etc?

you can always try the releasing and renewing of your ip, but i don't feel as if this is what is going on at all. sounds like warez monster's 2nd suggestion. you may want to try a different channel on your wireless router. if you are using channel 11, then switch it to channel 1 or even try 6. out of the box, home wireless routers typically are setup to use channel 11. so you could be getting some interference from another wireless device like another router nearby or even a microwave or portable phone using the same ghz band.
