hi all
i have a website dedicated to my class .

i want to record the lectures in my class by teachers

my question is how can i record the voice in wav or any other sound file to upload it to my computer and then website.

any help will be higly appreciated.......

Well, unless you are going to take your computer and a computer microphone into the classroom, you need a tape recorder of some kind. There are plenty available.....even one of those little micro-recorders would be good enough for voice recording. Just make sure it has a line-out or headphone jack so that you can connect it to your computer later.

I don't use one but if I needed one I would go to the nearest Radio Shack or other electronics store and see what they have. You need to know such things as battery life and maximum recording time. For transfer to computer it MUST have at least a headphone mini-jack.

However, I would go for one of the new Digital voice recorders that connect directly to a USB pot of your computer for direct transfer of audio files. Olympus makes several models.
