Anyone here taken the PMP (Project Management Professional) exam? Is the certification worth it career-wise? I've heard mixed reviews on the benefits (I've even heard it can be a detriment in some circles). I also see that PMI has a CAPM certification for newcomers. Anyone know any details about this?

Thanks!
