Thank you everyone for all your insight and help with my build. After so much trial and tribulation, I got my new motherboard in today. Welp... It's done and put together. Here it is:

FOXCONN 865 mobo
P4 Prescott 3.4 socket 478 (not OC)
Aeroflow CPU fan
Thermaltake 480W Silent PSU
2GIG Corsair Value ram PC3200
Radeon X800 PRO (not OC)
HP DVD/CD Burner
Internal Floppy/media reader
Maddog 5.1 sound card
Logitech Z-640 Speakers
1x 120MM intake fan (front)
4x 80mm exhaust fans (top, side, back)
Nexus Fan controller w/USB ports

I still have some playing around to do, nothing is OC'd yet, but I did a benchmark w/ 3DMARK03 and got a score of 10691.

Thank you again and I look forward to doing it again, but next time NOT blowing the MOBO! :p

Yes you are correct 18995 is 3D Markscore. :D

lol neo the only 3dmark that you'd even have a remote chance of getting 18995 would be 3dmark01 dude. 3dmark03 I bet you get like...8000 or so, and in 3dmark05 I bet you get like 3500

Well that what it said my score was maybe I need to look into it deeper.When I did post my score thats the number it gave.
By the way it was the demo version does that make a difference?

By the way it was the demo version does that make a difference?[/quote] Yeah you might have seen that score but it sure as **** wasn't from 3dmark03 lol. They are all demo versions, that's all they have available unless you buy it which would make no difference in score.

X800 Pro has sucked *** for me, I don't understand why anybody would get it at this time. 6800 GT is same price (sometimes cheaper), and performs 25-50% faster in everything. There is few good things I can say about the X800 Pro, except that it beats onboard graphics, and it does perform well at older games such as RTCW and UT2004 that my onboard graphics struggled with.

But hey, as long as your happy, thats what counts...keep me posted on what kind of problems you have with it, and how it performs.
