How Tight should i tighten my block?

Im using a swift tech MCW6000, the reason im asking is i thin my temps should be better, but i figured the springs woud put enough tension on the block, i dont want to break anything by tightening to much.

Just keep tightening until you strip the screws. That's what I do with everything.

well at idle oc'd to 2.4 from 1.8 its at 43C at load its 45C

Did you use thermal grease? What kind of fan? what core?

what is the mcw6000 made of? Most amd64s run between 30-35 with a retail fan.. I would hope that liquid cooling would be more effective than what you're showing. You might want to check to make sure that there is proper flow of coolant through the block. Possibly stick on a standard heatsink and see what it does?

The blockis made out of copper,I thinks my motherboard is giving me incorrect temp readings because i have 2 highflow fans on my rad which produce 100CFM each, i think i need and external thermometer.
