IE messed up, green loading bar won't go away...associated with Avenue A

Posted by: lisa4labz

Over the past week or so I've noticed my IE load up to be changed by a program associated with Avenue A...I have tried several things to remedy this but can't get rid of it and its taken over my computer. I'm also getting a message when I go to run my Norton Anti Virus scan about Active X Controls and when it is X'd out my Norton won't do a scan (all of the settings have disappeared and when I replace them they don't stay). Also I can't access my task manager (alt-ctrl-del)-the window appears then goes away in seconds. Here's my scan and hopefully someone can find something that would be causing a conflict.

Then set the system to show hidden files and folders http://www.spyware911.net/forum/index.php?act=page&pg=showfiles

Reboot into safe mode http://www.spyware911.net/forum/index.php?act=page&pg=safemode

Locate then delete:
