Cannot seem to be able to remove this trojan. Running win/xp sp2 and using e trust antivirus, both adaware and spy bot. Infected file is C:\undo\backup.cab> \device\harddisk0\partition1\windows\system32\rand
reco.exe(win32 betterinet.c trojan). do not have hijacker on my pc but can install if you think I need to. Can anyone help

Thank you for your reply. Followed your instructions. Note-ran virus scan with BitDefender and Trend Micro and Etrust (mine)
Etrust was the only one that found this virus. Hijack log included
