Please don't tell me to sleep or just make a stupid comment or anything like that, I need a serious answer. You know how when you are really tired, that area right under your eyes has a lot of discomfort and you have a heartburn-like feeling, only it isn't heartburn? Is there any way to get rid of these symptoms? Posted by: b0dge Best way I can think of is to get some sleep. Other than that you could try www.proplus.co.uk or something like it... Posted by: Enterpriser Try WebMD Though that almost sounds like Sjögren's syndrome, but I doubt you are a woman over 40 where this is most common. Posted by: forrestcupp Are you wanting to sleep, and can't? Or are you needing to sleep, but you want to stay awake? Posted by: Crysalis not to be a jerk or anything, but thats the big sign your body is telling you "Hey mofo, get to sleep!". I dont think there is anyway to relieve your eyes of being TIRED other than sleeping. You know what the answer is so why are you telling us not to give it to you? Posted by: Enterpriser Oh so you are just not wanting to sleep? Posted by: Lord AnthraX Spoon your eyes out.
Maybe a bit of both Posted by: Ste I say Get used to it. Tough it out, whatever the reason you will adapt and become tolerant to it over time. Granted it may not be fun, but, what do you expect? Theres nothing healthy we can reccomend. Well, thats a matter of opinion. BUt you know what I mean. Whatever floats your boat. Posted by: superdave1984 It means your body is exhausted and it needs rest. Getting rid of the symptoms doesn't change the facts. You can do vigorous excercise to get your heart rate back up and temporarily rid yourself of the symptoms, but after the initial burst you will be back in the same shape. Coffee and carbs and sugars will also give a very short relief. Very short. Posted by: j369852147412 well i dont think 003 likes our opinions because apparently His opinon > your opinion. so he thinks that his opinion is better. so he probably wont even listen to you. Lets see about hour 30 I usually get a detached feeling usually around the same time I get start getting eye strain. Around hour 36 or so I'll start feeling physically weak, harder time lifting weight. 48-54 'detached' feeling gets pretty bad, and I start getting a strange feeling in my head. The feeling is kinda like ants with needles for legs are walking on your scalp, I call it 'ants on the brain'(ya I know brain doesn't feel). By this final step I usually lack the brain power to perform moderately complex tasks. This time line changes depending on the complexity of the task I'm performing, and I'm not considering much physical exertion. Why are you even attempting to stay awake? Nutrition and health can effect energy levels and stamina. I have to question your motives as most people think that you can get work done by staying awake longer. The reality is much different, when I get a good night sleep I can usually do double the work in almost half the time. A good working environment can increase productivity as well. vBulletin Copyright ©2000 - 2003, Jelsoft Enterprises Limited. PPC Management vB Easy Archive Final - Created by Xenon |
