link for the mobo does not work.

what exactly is your budget? I'd go with Thermaltake Armor Case

Posted by: forlorn_ronin

got the armor case ;) and i've got all the parts i've mentioned above. just need help with a psu with blue leds and cpu fan/cooler blue leds and 37" lcd screen.

Posted by: fade2black2004

if i were you i would look at the MSI 650i motherboard
its cheap (its usually around 120 bucks)
it has great reviews everywhere ive seen
and there was one site i was looking at that showed that performance wise there really is no difference between the 650 and 680 chipsets

for ram i would go with 2x2gb set also for the sake of future upgradability

Posted by: Sora

The only difference from 650i and 680i is the later is FULLY SLI compatible. If you don't want SLi 680i useless. Go with the MSI.

Or the ASUS if you like the name.

or this http://accessories.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=ca&l=en&s=dhs&cs=CADHS1&sku=222-0863

37" Widescreen LCD
PCGamer gave it there editors choice and its very popular amongst pc users that like the extra large display. Its cheap too.

So just to make sure... 700 watt PSU is enough to power my system? and the 37" that nosbusch2005 listed will work with my vid card? dvi port dedicated to video?

Yeah, it'll work and a good 700 is enough. I would get something like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/CustratingReview.asp?Item=N82E16817703008

Your GTX has HDTV. It comes with an HDTV cable, you won't use your DVI ports if I'm correct. I have a GTX and it has an HDTV cable but my monitor only supports HDMI, DVI, and VGA, so I want to get an HDMI converter so I can see what it looks like on my 22" widescreen =)

BTW, where do you work, or how do you get all that frickin money???
