newegg.com is the best site to find products that r cheaper then in Best Buy, but ya the shipping can be off on most items. Some products like a seagate 250GB SATA HDD is free shipping. Most other products have mail in rebate, then u get charge for shipping with will cost u less then just buying the product with shipping w/ rebate.

im getting all my parts from there in the future that is, i need a job n money first.

Give me a site that you like that is UK. I'll pick out a good one :P.

Well since his price range is no higher than 150 euro...... thats about $280 U.S. maybe $290 but not higher than $300.00

Anyway, its kinda hard to suggest a 22"er instead because its price range typically goes from $270 and up from newegg. Not sure where to get bargain prices on Europe though.

For about 295 USD(I think thats around what it is) you can get a NICE 22inch Widescreen with say 5ms response time, at least at american prices. Give me a few sites and I'll pick out something.

If you have a futureshop equivalent in the Uk you can get a 931 bf samsung 19" 2ms response, 2000:1 contrast for 300 bucks...thats CAD dunno what that converts to, try to get a hold of the 931 bf

i.e cclonline.co.uk dabs etc...)

Thanks

Samsung 206 or 204BW.

I have the 205bw which they don't sell on newegg any more, and it's by far the greatest monitor I have ever owned.

Samsung make some of the best monitors there are...but at their prices you could get a monitor that's still very good in the next size class such as a 22inch Acer.

it all depends on if he just thought that's all he could get for that much or he doesn't want too high RES. Samsung's monitors are amazing this is true but they are also 100 bucks more than say a still good monitor such as Hanns-G so it all depends on what he's looking for.

19" widescreen samsung for £140 http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/114797/rb/26010134012 got great customer feedback.
Thats the best i could find on Ebuyer, its my favorite site that ive bought a few things from, top service :D

Although that's true, your paying for an excellent brand, (not bashing acer) and chances are the 22" will be 1650x1080 meaning everything will seem a little more Pixelated

You are paying for an excellent brand that looks beautiful but at that price it all comes down to the person, and if they want to pay 100 bucks extra for a monitor that wont really look THAT much better.

Ex. Hanns G 19inch $180 vs Samsung 19inch $270
