yay....thats exatcly what i want, something that will make my case rattle and shake even more, and loosen all of the screws, and get in the way of the PSU cables.

but cool idea nevertheless, just not practical.

Unless there is an shielding from the magnets I heard it could cause corrupt information on the drives.

uh.... he turned the thing into a subwoofer and a subwoofer only. there are no computer components inside that case...

lol, cool.

On one hand, thats pretty cool, a good use for an old case.

But whats the point?

Why not?

ya i'm saying its just a good way to use an old case lying around (i'm pretty sure that was the author's intent too!) I'm gonna work on that tonite

Posted by: Dexaroni

Why not?

Because a simple black box would look better and be easier to make.

Posted by: Pepsiboy700

That is pretty stupid when I now realize its a computer case with a subwoofer inside of it.

In the article he said he just had a desire to do some modding and have some fun, what's the problem with that?

Posted by: Pepsiboy700

I think its stupid because a box of wood covered with fabric is a more realistic idea.

It's more realistic but theres nothing wrong with being creative and having a little fun with something. It's a cool idea but I don't think I'd do it.
