I need a simple program to synchronize audio and video in a movie.

I have Ulead 10, but Ulead and Adobe Premier are just so difficult to work with. I'm sure there's a way to move the audio and video around to create synchronization, but every freakin' thing in those bloated editing programs is just so impossible to understand.

So I was wondering if there is a program a heck of a lot simpler than Premier/Ulead that can synchronize audio and video? I also need to be able to save the file after I've got it in sync.
