Hello, i've had my computer for awhile, and since i've gotten internet it's been slowing down. Right now, all i want to do because most of my comp is filled with junk, is do something like a clean wipe, or what ever it is called. What i mean by that is, a way to put my computer back to it's original settings on windows 2000, and to keep all my drivers, like, my new sound card/belkin wireless card drivers. Or does anyone have an idea how to get rid of the virus's/malware/spywar i have? My friend gave me a copy of a AVG spyware detector, but it detects everything, but whenever i decide to get rid of anything it detects as a virus, it won't do anything about it. Anyone know something i could do?

First off you need to get kaspersky or nod32 antivirus then get spybot search and destroy and hijack this.

These are the best programs to get rid of malware and spyware.

If this doesn't work get a driver backup tool jsut search for a free one on Google then backup your drivers and reformat.
