Posted by: M733mhz http://www.tech-forums.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=22031 If you're only going to up it a small amount then it's not even worth it, You won't see any difference whatsoever unless you run a benchmarking program. Posted by: IceKoldKilla Ok, i'll try 3.5 Posted by: M733mhz Make sure you read thoroughly and know what you're doing so you don't fry your hardware. Posted by: augest Keep an eye on your temp's! Good cooling is most important. Posted by: IceKoldKilla If you can't change it in bios, is there any other way apart from new mobo? Posted by: gmanych I used to have a Asus P4v-533MX and the Bios was locked (Couldnt Change FSB etc). If you cant change your FSB under advanced settings then yes you will need a new mainboard Posted by: IceKoldKilla Alright, i wish there was a way around it. vBulletin Copyright ©2000 - 2003, Jelsoft Enterprises Limited.
