This is a dumb simple easy question:

How can i OC my Pentium 4 3.00GHz processor, i want to OC to 3.2 or 3.3 but i have no idea how or if its possible?

If you're only going to up it a small amount then it's not even worth it, You won't see any difference whatsoever unless you run a benchmarking program.

Make sure you read thoroughly and know what you're doing so you don't fry your hardware.

Keep an eye on your temp's! Good cooling is most important.

If you can't change it in bios, is there any other way apart from new mobo?

I used to have a Asus P4v-533MX and the Bios was locked (Couldnt Change FSB etc). If you cant change your FSB under advanced settings then yes you will need a new mainboard
