He is using a Logitech Play Link to connect to the modem/router. The routers lights are solid orange meaning: The local port has detected link with a 10 Mbps device. The problem is when he tests connection he gets Netowork Adapter Wired, and then goes IP Address failed. He has said it worked before, but he had unplugged his adapter for an xbox lan. I have walked him through static ips, making sure his router was set up correctly, connecting to different ports, etc. still no luck.
