Command and Conquer 3 demo error

I've been playing the new CNC3 demo and I played through the tutorial and mission demo no problem. But when I played a skirmish I played for about 40 minutes and got a error message.

0x0x8007000e (E_OUTOFMEMORY)

And the game closed out. Now I did a little bit of looking on Google and it looks like thats a common error with Battle for Middle Earth 2 but I couldn't find a fix. Anybody know how I could fix this problem?

My system:
Amd64 @2.5ghz
1gb (2x512mb) and a 2gb swap file on the first partition of my second hard drive.
His Radeon x1800gto flashed to xl @ 700/700
Asus A8N-E motherboard.
