I installed it properly and it comes up as working properly. I am using windows vista and installed the proper drivers for vista of the manufacturers website. The program that came with the card does not work on vista and there are no downloads avaliable. I tried to set it up in windows media centre but when i scan for channels, it does not pick up anything. I downloaded a trial version of another program but it does not pick up anything either.
