Hey i was just wondering. Elder scrolls oblivion for the 360, is it the same exact version as the pc? are the graphics still just as good?

Its the same.
However, if you're expecting the same graphics, you better use a HDTV, as a normal TV is hard to read all the text involved in the game.

I have played it for both systems (own it for PC), and while I prefer it on PC, it is still a really great game on Xbox.

also, although right now the specs are not as upto date as a high end PC, the expansion for Oblivion for the 360 fixes that and it now has the graphical looks of a high end PC. Same with the PS3.

I don't think you can add mods to it on the xbox, right? If not, then yeah, PC all the way. The mods basically doubles the fun ;).

eh im not too fond of gaming on the pc. i mean theyre good for fps but thats about it.

Unlike the Xbox version, the PC version has a console. The console allows you to input mainly just cheats. I don't recommend cheating your way through the game though.
