Pshhht...SCO v. Novell, Chrysler, et al. They'll claim there's infringing code, point to a driver or something that hasn't been used in years or there's one line copied, and then we'll all see the leaked email sent to Bill Gates telling him Ballmer is a nut (which we all knew).
