Choices that I have considered are Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), Nursing, and Dental Hygiene? Everyone that I have spoken with say that MIS is one of the best things to major in because of the starting salaries and how easy it is to advance with-in the company. I will be graduating this coming May with a degree in accounting. I have had a job lined up with Grant Thornton since this past July. Finance is for the people who couldn't make it in the accounting programs. And beyond that, I couldn't tell you about things that should have a nominal at best effect on your decision.
