Pros: Cheap 250 gig hard drive.

Cons: So far, for some reason my motherboard, and windows XP recognize the drive as being 230gigs as apposed to the 250 its supposed to be, and on top of that, the drive seems to be making an odd, kind of chirping noise.

Other Thoughts: So far, the drive works, but the fact that its missing 20 gigs, and the noise its making, makes me think that I'll be RMA'ing the drive pretty soon here. I've been buying Seagate drives for about 4 years now, and this is the first time I've every had an issue.[/quote]

One of the reviews left for the 250gb drive. I found it to be rather funny, myself.

I know some people that have Seagate hard drives, they've never had problems with them... I wonder if maybe those are just defective or something.. LOL

Seagate = best out there.

The drives are SATA.
