The process of adding files is always the same. You add files by selecting them from your hard drive, the free iPod video converter will display information about the file first and let you choose some settings in the next window. You may change the output filename and the video and audio quality. If you do change the quality settings the information about the output file size will change. A higher quality of course means that the converted file becomes bigger, lower quality reduces the filesize. You may finally choose to edit tag information such as title, author, genre and copyright information. Clicking ok adds the file to the queue. Once that is done for all videos that you want to convert for your iPod video you see a window similar to the one on the left side. It displays a preview of the converted movie as well as information about remaining and elapsed time and overall conversion rate.
