But I still haven't figured out how to get my audio working. I had it working for about 5 mins, until I had to re-boot installing new drivers for another product. I have the latest drivers for the sound card, aswell as disabled HD audio in the BIOS. Any suggestions? Posted by: RalliArt882 Disabling HD audio from my experience on the BIOS shouldn't make a difference at all. All you do is change your default playback device in Control Panel from *insertd onboard audio here* to *SB X-Fi*. 1. go to control panel 2.click sounds and audio devices 3. click the audio tab 4. click "sound playback" dropdown box and change that to your sound card I'm on a Gigabyte ds3 965p with realtek ac97 onboard audio, but i used to above steps to prevent sound from even going through it. It all goes to my X-fi now. vBulletin Copyright ©2000 - 2003, Jelsoft Enterprises Limited. PPC Management vB Easy Archive Final - Created by Xenon |
