Hi all I am new to this forum and this is my first post. I have a problem for which is driving me crazy and hope that someone here can solve this for me. I am useing ie 7. I keep on getting un-wanted popup adds apearing in my search bar every time I try and do a search. can some one on here shed some light to my problem. I have tried everthing from trendmicro to all sorts to clear this and failed. I look forward to an answer. My next step is to pickup the dam putter and chuck it out the window.

Hi,
Thanks for your kind advice. I have managed with the help of the programs offered to clear the issues I had with my browser. I now have another problem wich I think relates to the past problems. My email account seems to have been hijacked and people are useing it to spam all sorts to everyone. I have changed all my passwords, I even have made my router secure so as I dont display an open connection. I have also installed an anti spam program (Nortons 2004) its working where now it puts all into a spam folder, but does not seem to have stoped the problem. Can any one offer me any advice on this. If so I would be very, very appreciative.

format and reinstall, if you've gone through warez's guide and still have issue's its the best option.

If you get your e-mail through your ISP you could try talking w/ them. If it's webmail, i would think the host would shut your account down then you might have to get a new account.
