Well no it doesnt when xinerama is in use. I remember having issues previously with terminal and xinerama which i fixed with composite false. Any ideas on what i can do other than turning off xinerama every time i need to use ie. The error I get when trying to start anything through wine is: X Error of failed request: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter) Major opcode of failed request: 144 (NV-GLX) Minor opcode of failed request: 4 () Resource id in failed request: 0x188 Serial number of failed request: 19 Current serial number in output stream: 19 I'm also not 100% sure if I have the nvidia driver working, though I do get the splash and my 3d screen savers work quicker than they did without any attemted nvidia setup. I'm sure its all related though. Posted by: Skuzzle **update If i reboot x then I can run 1 thing under wine. After closing it I can no longer open the same app or any other.. but a ctrl alt backspace later and i can run it once more. This works with ie6... seems that something is hanging on to the app and iff i could kill it proper i'd be laughing. vBulletin Copyright ©2000 - 2003, Jelsoft Enterprises Limited.
