3ds Max 7 start up problems

I'm not too sure if this is the right section to put this, but oh well.

Every time I try to load up 3ds Max 7, I get these errors.

Does anyone know the cause/solution to this?

It's the trial version... It's 100% legit, non-cracked.

Because that one didn't work either, so I tried the 7.

Tried 8 then?

Try right clicking and run as administrator.
