Ok, I'm currently using Tripod's Free Sitebuilder. But I kind of don't like it a whole lot, and there is a lot of stuff people say I need PHP to do. It is just a personal site wiht stuff for friends to do, like links. So I'll list things I do and do not care about, and If you would so kindly recommend something. THANK YOU!

Need:
php
100% free

Would Like:
Forum as part of site
Chat Room as part of site
A site builder for before I know php

Don't Really Care About:
Big Bandwith (I won't get a lot of traffic)
Big Storage (I wont be storing anything but mabye pictures)
Blog (I prefer using Forums)

Also, is there ANY site that would let me have a free domain name, even if they don't actually build my site? I doubt it, but I would like to make sure.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

who the **** is this Eredmobas3.. get him banned please!

UK or USA based.. if UK then see my sig, else i'd recommend possibly... someone else.

Myself at badgerbyte can offer a free forum (i'll even do the initial set up for you)

php is included on all my plans.

Also I have a few powertools available, phpbb being 1 of them, though I can help you to sort out any forum you'd prefer.

Site builder is not something I have, but I can help you through email support. I wont give away too much of the trade but enough to get you on your way.
