Posted by: macdude425 WOW - and I thought I was the only poor dummy who still used it. I feel empowered now. Use DOSBox. QuickBASIC AND QBASIC run marvelously. http://mac.punknews.org/dosbox Posted by: datapimp Cool, thanks man. Posted by: datapimp Okay, now for the really funny part... How do I open a file while in the Dosbox? Usually on the school computers (dells) there are drop down menu's at the top of the screen that have a "Open File" tab, then you just pick from the list. I'm sure you know what I mean. What are the actual commands I need to enter, or least to get to my c drive. Thanks Posted by: macdude425 When you open DOSBox, you are forced to mount a volume or folder. If you've done that, then once you invoke qbasic, you should have two options. 1. Click in the window, and the mouse driver should activate. Click File-Open. 2. If not, hit Alt-F-O. Posted by: datapimp Thanks for your help, I got it to run thanks to you. vBulletin Copyright ©2000 - 2003, Jelsoft Enterprises Limited. PPC Management vB Easy Archive Final - Created by Xenon |
