Hey everyone, my creative zen is having a badd problem.

ok here it goes,

The Lcd screen is screwing up. Its fine with pictures, but once something else comes on the screen, or text or something, it screws up.

This is what i mean. Say a Black backround. Then white text comes on, find right? everything is fine, BUT where something new comes on the screen, faint color lines run in a perfectly vertical line up and down.

so recap, black screen white text, screen has faint white vertical lines up and down it where text is, but where text isnt, its fine.

if anyone can help, its GRAVLY appreciated

The ZEN is fairly new.... have you tried taking it back to exchange it where you got it from?
