Basically it's going to be just for 4-5 users. I just want something we can upload/download files from. I'm only going to allow access by IP addy if I can along with password security. All it's going to be for is sharing these files. It's a pain to constantly try and send them other means. I have a web server right now that I can use. Our company website is hosted on it. Any tips on how to go about starting this? I know it's a big request, but I want to learn. I tried an FTP site, but the security isn't the greatest on those I thought. Or would it be ok if I was only allowing certain IP's through the firewall to the server?

You can use a web server and create 4-5 FTP accounts w/ passwords.

Get E uploader , set the password , upload to to specified directory , do a php directoy listing and then you can upload/download that way
Need some help with any of that?
