Also you could make sure you take 5 minute breaks after every few hours of gaming... Posted by: suicide007 I raise my chair up high so i rest my elbow on my arm rest and the bottom of my wrist on my mousepad. And i set the springy-ness of my chair as low as possible so i lean back all the way. Posted by: networkgeek also keeping feet flat on the ground helps promote good posture. make sure that your arm is level so that there is no extra tension on the wrist as well.
