How are you supposed to setup/sit in your workstation

I can't just sit down and play without ever paying attention to my mousing hand; I'm always lifting my elbow and the mouse to keep control

has anyone else dealt with this and figured out how to have comfort while using the comp?

I make sure that my mouse is put forward so that my whole arm rests on the table and that seems to be quite comfortable. Also you could make sure you take 5 minute breaks after every few hours of gaming...

when I play games using my mouse I rest my elbow on my knee, I know it is back for me but thats the only way I feel comfortable. What about you guys.

I use the armrest to rest my elbow on. I also always have my chair fully reclined.

I raise my chair up high so i rest my elbow on my arm rest and the bottom of my wrist on my mousepad. And i set the springy-ness of my chair as low as possible so i lean back all the way.

also keeping feet flat on the ground helps promote good posture. make sure that your arm is level so that there is no extra tension on the wrist as well.

I sit with my butt on the edge of the chair, and my back lowered on the back of the chair, and my elbow on the armrest, with my wrist on the mousepad, I move my fingers that are holding the mouse, I don't move my whole hand, with my feet flat on the floor

I first get a beer, then sort my pizza out neatly, then get my pint of coffee ready, then carefully let loose a good trump to warm the chair before kicking the recliner all the way back putting my keyboard on my lap and turning my G5 mouse to maximum 2000DPi, before turning the pc on with my big toe :)

LOL

I do what someone else said as i have a normal swivel chair, ive got an old mouse matt i rest my right elbow on and have the mouse forward so my whole right arm is resting on the desk, then my left hand which is using keys "w,a,s,d, shift" etc is resting on my left leg, i find if i have the left hand resting on thin air it starts to ache after a short while so thats what i do and i can play for a good while like that :D
