help me please.

Thank you.

Could you be a little more specific?

English in general? Or just computer terminology?

English is a tough language, full of exceptions to its own rules, as well as a lot of archaisms.

just computer terminology

I am also not a native English speaker, however watching too much Simpsons made me catch on to the language ;)

You won't find a book with all computer terminology in there, sorry.
Find books in English on specfic areas you are interested in learning, e.g. a book about Windows XP/2000/Whatever in English and study that, networking in English etc.
Amazon.com for example offers a great deal of books in English, your local library might as well.

Another thing to do is to get a hold of an English operative system and install it on a computer, if you are used to a native language operative system you can easily catch on to the English words from there.
