I was wander after reading other threads what certifications should I shoot for during my Highschool years. Where should I get my A+ from? I also was wandering where I should get a Network certification from? Lastly are there any other certifications worth getting under my belt before college and for small jobs before college. Also I thought this would look good on my applications for college. Any comments?

Thanks

It depends what you want to do.
Speaking broadly it will not hurt to get any and all certifications.
Especially comptia ones. They Easy.

If your starting out, A+, Network+, Linux+, Server+

I will probably end up in Business as a Major w/ Computer Engineering as a Minor.

yea, like I said, theres no reason not to get any and all...

The more you have the more likely you will be hired.

A+ is a starting degree, won't exactly land you a job as it is basically considered a "computer driving license". It's a good start however, if you are into networking I suggest diving into Network+ and Security+, appreciated among alot of companies, if you are going for system administration an MSCA or MSCE is splendid. Depending on your needs MSCA is for administration purposes while MSCE is for engineering.

I was lucky enough to get both A+ and Network+ at no cost to me, cut a deal with a company I worked for a while back and got myself the MSCE certificate (for very little cost) and took an online course for the security+ cert, though had to stop by a classroom for the actual tests/exam.

Certificates can matter alot or none, if you have no real experience within the field certificates are always good to showcase.
I found mine to be helpful, found out from an HR manager at my work they picked me over almost 200 others due to my certs (working as system analyst atm), so they can indeed be helpful!
