I read somewhere that current mcses will still be vaild, and I am already working on my mcse on 2003. So what would someone that KNOWS recommend. Finish my track on 2003, and then upgrade to Longhorn and basicly be able to state that I have both, or just forget about 2003 and wait for longhorn? I figured that most businesses will still use 2003 for a while so it will be good to have both.

03 will still be in use for a while. Most are still using 2k. I have 2 servers on 2k still b/c the software vendors still don't support 2003. So, I'd get the 2003 then upgrade from there if possible. Not many company's get the latest and greatest. This you'll learn after you are hired on somewhere.

gotcha. I talked to a guy that works for microsoft and he said that I could just go ahead and get the mcse on server 2003 and then upgrade to longhorn when it comes out and then have both. Therefore I plan to finish my mcse on 03 :D
