http://www.daskeyboard.com/ I want one. :P Posted by: Qiranworms Personally wouldn't ever buy a $90 keyboard without trying it, as cool as it may seem. And it does indeed seem very cool. I wouldn't mind one; it would probably accelerate my switch to the Dvorak layout. Posted by: KCRMYZ 90 dollars, **** no. I must say this thing does'nt look to good, and for the price I would just go for logitech. Posted by: talldude123 I still need to see what the keys say, even though I can type. I'd rather buy a used IBM keyboard from the 80's to get the "click" sound. Posted by: Apokalipse if you want to remove the letters, you could just buy some spray paint and spray over a normal keyboard. Posted by: Qiranworms
Originally posted by talldude123 I still need to see what the keys say, even though I can type.
That's somewhat of the point of this though. It trains you out of the need to see the keys at all so you can focus your attention completely on the monitor, thus increasing your speed. It would be awkward for many at first, but I would think it would ultimately be benificial. Personally, I don't look at the keys at all, so this wouldn't make any difference to my typing; it would be for the fun of throwing off other people who ever use my computer, which is not quite worth $90. Apok, I'd be a bit scared to do that. Paint between the keys could be a problem, no? Posted by: RGELLIS Remove them, and it doesnt matter where they go, becuase they have no symbol anyway! theyre all balnk, obvious keys go in obvious places numpad "0" for example, return, so that would be pretty easy and quick! and I think a white keyboard with balck letters would look sexy! Its not worth $90 (£35-£40) under any circumstances! I would go 1990 IBM board with the authentic clicky keys, one way to bloody irritate your parents! Ruan Posted by: talldude123 Yes, an old 1990 IBM Keyboard was annoying, because my school still uses them. THey're so loud that i use my MP3 player to get rid of the noise! Posted by: M3Cosmos Logitech G15 FTW. Best keyboard I've ever had. Although if you wanted a keyboard with no letters, you can just switch out the keys... we used to do that in my keyboarding class in middle school so we couldn't "look". I bet they're getting 400-500% profit on those things... you know the cost to make a keyboard? Josh Posted by: hillbillybob Not to mention the horrible spelling on the site. Wonder if it bogus?!?! I would never pay 90 bucks for a keyboard. The most I ever paid for a keyboard was 35 and that was for a MS natural ergonomic. Love it. vBulletin Copyright ©2000 - 2003, Jelsoft Enterprises Limited.
