Posted by: talldude123 is there a way to reset the cellphone, like with a pinhole reset button? I'd take it to where you purchased the phone and ask them... Posted by: neweyedeya18 bought it from tigerdirect.com (only exchanges) there is a way to electronically reset the phone and i tried it didnt do anything and you can choose the band or something (network i think) 900/1800/1900 i think but i dont know which one so i set it to auto, plus you can chose the network company like cingular/usaf/ all those networks again just put it to auto Posted by: neweyedeya18 i had the problem, i used a couple of free programs such as UID extraction tool, wrar360, p2kcommander. i extracted the code from my phone made 2 modifications to them (simple number changes) and it converted my phone to a quadband phone adding the 850 frequency which cingular works on. if anyone has the same problem with japanese phones not networked for quadband motomodder.net anyways i just thought i should say this to put some closure on the situation. thanks tf vBulletin Copyright ©2000 - 2003, Jelsoft Enterprises Limited.
